We are seeking a self-starter Maintenance Technician to join our team at Kelly Inn in Billings, MT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and plumbing repairs
• Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Conducting inspections of facilities to ensure they meet safety standards
• Assisting with the installation of new equipment or systems
• Keeping accurate maintenance records

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in building maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
