Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a self-starter Maintenance Technician to join our team at Kelly Inn in Billings, MT.

Key Responsibilities:

Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and plumbing repairs
Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Conducting inspections of facilities to ensure they meet safety standards
Assisting with the installation of new equipment or systems
Keeping accurate maintenance records

Qualifications:

Previous experience in building maintenance
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well independently
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
